At The Coach House, we are dedicated to nurturing your well-being through a variety of enriching classes; starting this June, we are thrilled to introduce a series of wellness classes designed to elevate your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our diverse offerings ensure there's something for everyone. Join us in the serene environment of The Wellness Barn and embark on a journey towards better health and balance.

Pilates Strength Class with Balance With Rachel

When: Saturdays, 8-9am starting Monday, June 8th

Class Description: Our mixed-level Pilates mat class focuses on intuitive movement to elevate both the body and mind. In these classes, you will learn the fundamentals of Pilates—breathwork, body connection, and specific Pilates movements. With a focus on alignment, movement, and flow, you will gain a deep awareness of your breath while increasing your flexibility, range of motion, and muscle strength. Suitable for beginners and improvers, modifications and progressions will be offered. Please note, this class is not suitable for pregnancy.

Instructor Bio: Rachel, a qualified Pilates teacher with over three years of teaching experience, began her Pilates practice ten years ago. Her journey has helped her gain more balance in her life, which she now shares through her mindful teaching style. Emphasizing alignment and breath, Rachel's goal is for everyone to leave her class feeling stronger, longer, and more aligned.

Dance Warrior Class with Inspired Souls Wellbeing - Megan Neary

When: Mondays, 6:15pm - 7pm starting Monday, June 10th

Class Description: Get ready for a 40-minute dynamic fitness experience designed to foster strength and confidence. This high-energy class blends dance cardio, kickboxing, strength training, and toning exercises for a non-stop movement session guaranteed to make you sweat and smile. Set to an eclectic mix of throwback tunes and current hits, Megan's class promises a euphoric workout experience that leaves participants feeling invigorated and empowered. Join Megan on the dance floor and unleash your inner warrior!

Instructor Bio: Megan Neary is a seasoned fitness professional with over six years of industry experience, including two years dedicated to teaching yoga. Her passion for empowering women led her to create the Warrior Dance Cardio Class, offering a dynamic fitness experience aimed at fostering strength and confidence.

Hatha Yoga for Improvers with Orla Kerbey

When: Wednesdays, 6:45pm to 7:45pm starting Wednesday, June 19th

Class Description: This Hatha for Improvers class will focus on body alignment, ensuring students move safely and confidently while using their breath to relax and be fully present. The course provides the perfect opportunity for students to reset their minds and bodies.

Instructor Bio: Orla Kerbey has been practicing yoga for almost 18 years and has been teaching since 2019, having trained at the Elbow Room. Her fascination with the body and its support in our daily lives fuels her passion for holding space for students to move with purpose and nourish both body and mind through breath.
