WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

We are open for retail and voucher purchases only on Mondays from 9:30am – 6:00pm. We are open for retail and spa treatments on Tuesday through to Saturday from 9:30am –
6:00pm. The Coach House is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

You can schedule an appointment at your convenience by visiting our online website booking page. Alternatively, our front of house team can be reached by email
info@wellnessatthecoachhouse.com or by telephone +353 87 799 7709, Monday through to Saturday.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY TREATMENT?

If this is your first visit to The Coach House, we recommend that you arrive approximately 15 minutes in advance to fill in your consultation form and to take a moment to relax in the calm surroundings.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT WHEN MAKING A BOOKING?

Yes, we require a 50% holding deposit per guest per booking. If you are booking via our online booking system you can pay this using your card. If you are booking via email, our front of house team can call you to arrange payment by phone.

IF I HAVE A GIFT VOUCHER, AM I STILL REQUIRED TO PAY THE BOOKING DEPOSIT?

If you have a gift voucher, we recommend that you call or email our front of house team to schedule your booking. We would be happy to assign your voucher number to your booking as your form of deposit. We do require the physical voucher when checking in. We are currently working closely with our booking software provider to allow for vouchers to be redeemed online as a form of deposit, and we hope to have an update on this soon.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Your booking deposit is fully refundable outside of our 24-hour notice period prior to your treatment. However, any cancellations made within the 24-hour timeframe will deem the deposit non-refundable.

IS MY GIFT VOUCHER STILL VALID?

The value of every voucher is valid for five years from the date of purchase.

DO YOU ACCEPT ONE4ALL VOUCHERS?

Currently we do not accept any gift vouchers other than the official Wellness at The Coach House gift vouchers.

I'M PREGNANT, CAN I COME FOR A TREATMENT?

Congratulations! Yes we have a comprehensive maternity spa therapy menu at The Coach House using pregnancy safe oils. Maternity guests must be a minimum of 12 weeks pregnant (completed their 1st trimester) before we can schedule a treatment. Guests will be given the option of an Earthlite Pregnancy Cushion for our maternity massage rituals.

CAN I HAVE A TREATMENT POST-PARTUM?

Once you feel comfortable and ready, you can return for a treatment. Following a C-Section it is recommended to wait 12 weeks to allow for scar tissue healing before having a treatment and to consult with your doctor beforehand.

DO YOU CATER FOR GROUPS?

Due to the intimacy of the Coach House building and the number of treatment rooms available, the maximum group size is four people. The first two guests will enjoy their treatments whilst the second two guests unwind in our warmly lit relaxation area where we offer complimentary tea and cake.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO RECEIVE A TREATMENT?

The minimum age for treatments is 16 years old. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present with them throughout the visit, the parent/guardian must sign their consultation form, and must also pay for the treatment.

DO YOU HAVE ACCOMMODATION ON SITE?

We do not offer accommodation but there are some lovely accommodation options local to The Coach House that we would be more than happy to recommend if you are looking for a place to stay.

DO YOU HAVE A CAFÉ / RESTAURANT ON SITE?

At the moment, we do not serve food. There are some delicious food options locally from
lunch to afternoon tea that we would be happy to recommend.

ARE THERE THINGS TO DO LOCALLY?

The Boyne Valley area has so much to offer! We have created a detailed document with local attractions that we would be happy to share with you.

WHAT DO I WEAR FOR MY TREATMENT?

Arrive in whatever clothes you feel comfortable in. We will provide a luxury robe and slippers for that extra bit of comfort after your treatment. No need to bring a spare set of clothes or anything extra with you, just come as you are.

DO YOU RUN ANY CLASSES?

During the Summer months we run Yoga and Pilates classes in our outdoor Wellness Barn, The W-Club. We also run Sound Bath sessions with Emma West throughout the year which can be viewed and booked on our events page.

DO YOU CATER FOR CLIENTS WHO ARE UNDERGOING CANCER TREATMENT?

We are proud members of the SATCC and deliver Cancer Care Spa Therapy in partnership with our spa brand GROUND Wellbeing. We offer a comprehensive menu of spa rituals suitable for those living with or a history of cancer, delivered by therapists who are equipped to modify and adapt each service to meet the unique needs of every client. In addition to this, The Coach House grounds offer a calming sanctuary, and guests are always welcome to relax outside amongst nature in the summer months.
