 SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT:
To schedule an appointment for your chosen treatment, please contact the reception team by email: info@wellnessatthecoachhouse.com or by calling +353 (087) 7997709. Alternatively guests can conveniently book a treatment via this page. Please note, reservations cannot be confirmed or secured without a credit card deposit or Coach House gift voucher.
ARRIVAL TIME:
We would like to create a relaxing experience for our guests at The Coach House. We therefore ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in, fill out a spa consultation form and make yourself cosy. Regretfully, late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time, so other guests are not inconvenienced. The Coach House will provide a luxury robe and slippers for use after your treatment should you wish to relax in our softly lit relaxation room.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
As a courtesy to other guests, guests who wish to cancel or change an appointment are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24hrs notice. Please note that there is a 50% cancellation fee if a cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to the booking. Failure to present or same-day cancellations will be charged at 100% of the treatment or programme price.
HOMECARE:
To continue your experience at home, all of our spa brand products are available to purchase at reception, where a member of our wellness team will be happy to assist you. We also have an online wellness shop where you can browse and purchase our collections.
