The Role
The Wellness Team is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to join us on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience while supporting the day-to-day running of reception. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and has a genuine interest in health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and providing an exceptional customer experience
- Managing appointments and bookings
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Processing payments and handling reception administration duties
- Maintaining a professional and organised reception area
- Supporting therapists and team members with daily operational tasks
- Promoting services, treatments, and retail products where appropriate

Desirable Experience
- Previous receptionist, customer service, salon, spa, or hospitality role
- Experience using salon/clinic booking software, such as Phorest
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
